YOGA + MOVEMENT

Come back to yourself.

Yoga is about more than the poses.

I teach accessible, all-levels Vinyasa centered on movement, breath, and connection — creating space to explore the practice and make the practice your own.

MY APPROACH

Movement without performance.

I came to yoga for more than the physical practice. For me, it’s a way to reconnect — with the body, the breath, ourselves, and one another.

My classes are grounded in Vinyasa and designed to be welcoming to different bodies, backgrounds, and levels of experience. Expect thoughtful movement, options instead of expectations, room to explore, and permission to make the practice your own.

You don't have to be flexible.
You don't have to know the poses.
You just have to show up.

Families + Young People

Playful, accessible movement that gives kids and families another way to connect with their bodies - and with each other.
