Movement as a way back to ourselves — and one another.

I teach accessible, all-level Vinyasa rooted in curiosity, connection, and choice. My goal is to create welcoming spaces where people can move, breathe, explore, and feel at home in their bodies.

The best work makes people feel part of something.

Whether I’m helping an organization find clarity, photographing a room full of people, exploring somewhere new, facilitating a conversation, or teaching a yoga class, I’m interested in creating the conditions for people to connect — with an idea, with a place, with one another, or with themselves.

The medium changes. The intention doesn't.

ABOUT

For a long time, my work took me around the world.

Now I’m building something of my own.

I’m Christina Cherel, a strategist, storyteller, community builder, photographer, and yoga teacher based in Baltimore — and a lifelong traveler who has explored 26 countries and counting.

For more than 15 years, my work has taken me across communications, public health, advocacy, media, and community building — and around the world. Most recently, I spent nine years at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, helping grow a global community spanning more than 130 countries and leading communications for one of the world’s largest global health convenings.

Today, I’m building an independent practice around the work I care about most: helping people connect with ideas, with places, with organizations, with one another, and with themselves.
